Rally stays useful if the room stays sharp. Read this once. Then act like it.

   Show the work.

   Screenshots, drafts, numbers, names you’re considering. Vague “I have an idea” posts get a question, not applause.

2. 02
   Be direct. Be kind.

   Say the thing. Don’t pad it. Don’t punch down. If you can make someone’s offer clearer in one sentence, do that.

   No guru theater.

   Don’t sell a course in the chat. Don’t flex fake revenue. If you made money, say how. If you didn’t, say that too.

   Come back.

   Motivation is a habit, not a mood. Check the table. Answer one person. Post your own next move. That’s membership.
